Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

We hope you love your TidyTuck as much as we do. However, if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

 

You’re welcome to return full-priced items for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and still folded in their original packaging.

 

Please note:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned once they have left our warehouse.

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

2. damages and issues

Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can investigate and resolve the issue with our courier. We’re unable to offer a refund or replacement for damage reported outside this timeframe

3. exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
